Support

The Changelly development team provides support line options. You can choose one of the following:

— You just redirect users to our support line;

— You provide the first line support from your side and send your requests directly in Slack channel. Our second-level support team receives these tickets with the highest priority. Other communication options are available to discuss.

Inform us in case the dedicated support line is necessary. Feel free to request it from your dedicated account manager or at [email protected]. Also, include a link to your service and confirm that you are ready to provide support from your side.
