According to clause 2.9.2 of our Terms of Use, “No crypto assets sent to us via an unsupported and/or not recommended network (e.g. POLYGON network) can be refunded. Recommended networks will be displayed to you during the transaction process.”

You need to indicate the currency network in your interface so that your users can send funds via the correct network. Please use the blockchain field from the getCurrenciesFull method for that.

Besides, there is the notifications field in the getCurrenciesFull method. This value contains important warnings that could help your customers make payments properly and significantly reduce the number of support inquiries. You can implement these notifications in your interface to improve the UX.
